RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to love your pieces, but if something doesn’t work out:

• Returns are accepted for clothing only (no exchanges) within 5 days of receiving your order.

• To request a return, email us at outofofficecctx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, deodorant, scents, pet hair, and other signs of wear.

• All returns must be mailed back at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days to process. If approved, you will receive store credit via email.

🔁 We do not offer exchanges—if you need a different size, you may return your item for store credit and place a new order.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Jewelry

• Hair accessories

• Handbags

• Sale items

• Any discounted item
