SHIPPING

As a one-woman show and busy working mama, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, and we are closed on weekends and all national holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. After shipment, Out of Office on the South is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact USPS or your local post office directly to file a claim if needed.

Porch pickup is still available as an option at checkout if you prefer to skip shipping and swing by. You’ll receive pickup details via email once your order is ready!
